Lovely look and feel but strange sizing

The quilt cover looks and feels lovely. However, we put it on a standard double size quilt and the (double size) cover is far too big. This means the quilt bunches up inside the cover and doesn't lie flat which is very frustrating.
Pretty, but not summer friendly

The colour, pattern and appearance are lovely. Lovely stitching. Unfortunately it feels very synthetic, so while it’s soft to touch, it’s non breathable and rustles. May get too hot over summer
