Poor Product with no Technical Support

Advertised as outdoor/indoor but it is only indoor. No camera control. Software seemed to be faulty. No access to technical support as the website is not operational. Instructions say if you are locked out of your account 'contact us' but 'us' does not exist. Myer was good re. returns though
