I was a bit skeptical about these but my asthma was bad, my skin was breaking out and I wasn’t sleeping well. After 3 nights of this on whilst I sleep it is a very noticeable difference! Asthma significantly better, skin clear and I’m sleeping right through. I like white noise whilst I sleep so it’s great but if you don’t like any noise you may need earplugs as it’s definitely noticeable.
