Great piece of equipment

I bought the RX10V as a 'back-up' Camera but find I am using it far more than the Mirorless + lenses that cost a lot more. The majority of photography is wildlife, I find the auto focus and tracking to be very good, so nice being able to go from bird photography to landscape to macro to video all with the one camera and one lens!

Great camera, big issues

I've had this camera a month, and it is amazing, apart from the back focusing issue which seems to be blighting a large number of units. I am about to send it away for rectification, and hope that the issue can be solved, as when autofocus recognition is switched off, you can see what a powerful, enjoyable camera this is. I am dissapointed that a camera with such a premium price, did not have adequate scrutiny in final assembly, that such a flaw was missed. Fingers crossed for a permanent fix soon?

Excellent but hard to negotiate

I'm glad that I bought it as it is very powerful but the instructions are very hard to get your head around. Sony have their own protocol of explanation which in my opinion needs adjusting. A printed manual would help. The digital thing is a nightmare
