We got this for my son for Christmas when he was five months old and he loved it straight away. Two months down the track and it is his favourite rattle. He grabs it, shakes it, throws it around and uses it as a teether. The rattle has had multiple visits to the dishwasher and steam steriliser, and comes up as good as new with no noticeable change to the integrity of the rattle. It drys well so risk of mould is minimal.
