Toxically controlling and restrictive buttons

I bought the Galaxy XCover 7 Pro expecting a highly functional, efficient rugged device for daily use. Generally it delivers. I can cope with the corporate cloning of good google services with pointless Samsung proprietary lockin clones. I am deeply disappointed by how utterly crippled and useless the built-in feature buttons actually are.On a rugged phone, programmable keys should give you instant, unrestricted access to your most-used tools. Instead, Samsung has heavily locked down the software integration. There are 3 programmable buttons. One whole button, the button location i usually program as [torch] can ONLY BE ASSIGNED TO MICROSOFT TEAMS. As an Architect, just the breathtakingly toxic and controlling malignancy of the design decision tree that took them to that design outcome is frankly blowing my mind. Phones for a third the price dont do these toxically controlling and restrictive things to their customers. My last 3 rugged phones all for a third the price have respected and thoughtcully considered the OWNERS OF THE COMPUTERS THEY SELL AND THUS DONT OWN OR CONTROL ANYMORE!
