Reviews
A photographers dream camera
Ethan — 5 out of 5 stars
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the S1R II for still photography but with the knowledge that it is also a professional capable video beast, sufficed to say it has completely blown me away. As an overall camera, the build quality is tank-like and the ergonomics are perfect—it just feels right in the hand. But where it really shines is the image quality. The new 44MP sensor delivers incredible detail and dynamic range, and the colors straight out of the camera are stunning. As a life long capture one user, it has been seamless to pair these two tools together for such an enjoyable experience.
Processing beast
Erik — 5 out of 5 stars
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found a good deal when upgrading from my S5iix and got all the features I was missing. Being able to record ProRes 4K internally and having better processing makes a difference.
