Good quality, nice and soft, but softer than I was expecting and lower. This would be class more as a soft low pillow rather than medium. Still adjusting to it, but for now keeping my higher pillow which it was to replace as a back up.

It’s a great quality product but it flattened a bit too fast for me. Perhaps their other version would have been better with latex in the middle but I was going for natural materials. However, the product is excellent quality and beautifully made. It just didn’t fulfil the firmness I was hoping for.
