recently purchased the Levede Floating Bed Frame from Myer and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During assembly, I discovered that one of the panels had visible footprints and clear signs of prior use. This raised concerns that the item was not in new condition as expected. The structure is also quite complex, with many small individual pieces rather than integrated components, making the assembly process much more difficult than anticipated. In addition, the product appears to be supplied by a third-party vendor. When I contacted Myer regarding the issue, the resolution process was largely dependent on the supplier’s conditions, which made it difficult to reach a practical outcome. Overall, the product quality and after-sales experience did not meet expectations. I hope Myer can improve quality control and take more ownership of products sold through its platform.
