The product itself looked excellent, was delivered on time, and arrived well-packed and securely. Our main concern, however, is the strong odour coming from the unit. It emitted a smell that affected our breathing. Both my husband and I began panting, and I experienced a stinging sensation on my face. We believe this may be due to the glue used to secure the mirror and internal materials. Once the unit was removed from the room, the atmosphere returned to normal. At present, the unit is sitting in our garage with the door open to allow sunlight and ventilation, and the odour has softened but remains noticeable. We are reluctant to bring it back inside or begin using it until the smell has completely dissipated.
