Missing an entire part of the build

Really disappointed for the first time with Lego. Not just missing one piece (which happens. But missing an entire side of a building. Every piece required was not in the box. Not even sure how that happens and now I need to wait for a few weeks to finish a half built piece with my son as, Despite my extensive collection, I don’t have that many spares! Really sad

Missing stickers - no way to order

Build is fine, my bigger issue is I was missing one of the sticker sheets. In this set the stickers are necessary as they contain basically all the forward facing signage for the shops. On top of that when I try to order them it has them listed as no longer available so I’m basically stuck with an incomplete set.
