Timing: Coordinating cooking times for various items like meats, vegetables, and sides to ensure everything is ready together can be tricky. iNDUQ has 3 separate griddle zones which can be set at different temperatures. Experiment to find the perfect cooking temperature and time for your favourite BBQ foods then use the same settings in future for similar results.
