Dead on arrival

Cannot really rate it didn't work on arrival and had to be returned.
NO SOLAR INCLUDED!
— 1 out of 5 stars
The listing mentions many times that the item includes both a plug and a solar panel, the item did not come with a solar panel as described. I want to keep the item as I like it and there is nothing else similar but I have had to go out a purchase more things to make this work as it only has a plug. Customer service was not very helpful and refuse to compensate for the missing solar panel by either replacement, partial refund or credit. Incredibly disappointed in the service. I ordered this a second time to check if it was just a mistake but both did not include the solar panel!
