It's a good shaped pillow and I like the material, but it isn't as firm as I hoped, so I do wish I'd just waited to go into the shop.

Not too soft, not too hard, just right, and there are 2 options of height to choose from. I have tried other recommended pillows and I still woke up with severe neck pain, not anymore. This pillow is a miracle, no more pounding headaches.
