Easy to assemble, no base so if you want it off the grass you will need to add a base. We just velcroed ply wood cut to shape, so we can take it off for cleaning. Great little hutch, our rabbit loves it. Unpack outside as some left over of the roof material is loose in box and goes everywhere when you open it. Thanks

easy to assemble, Good design and plenty of room for guinea pigs. However a few design issues with runners for pull out tray in that not wide enough and tray can fall down. Also wire on top compartment doesn't make it nice and cosy and ladder going down needs anti slip on it as guinea pigs have got no grip going down and they just slide down.
