Very, very disappointed in the drape of the hood

I really liked the look, length, feel, weight and style of this of cardigan, for that I give 4 stars/Good..but the one thing I am really, really disappointed in, is the drape and shape of the hood...hence the1 star rating/Poor. It is way too large and very saggy on my head, and looks like it has a double point. It is terrible and does not sit well..no matter how I try and change it. It is a useless part of the cardigan and I am very inclined to cut it off..so I feel I did not get value for money.
