Exchanged my down feather quilt to buy this. Provides equal amount of warmth minus the pilling of feathers. Works even during winter.

Warm quilt

I already have a single bed size of this Quilt and it is beautifully warm, thick and a lightweight feeling, also a quality covering that is like new after each wash.. That’s why I bought the same one in King size !!

Heritage Quilt, Super Plush

I recently purchased this doona After having a rather unpleasant experience with a feather doona i purchased that unfortunately had a very strong odor of wet dog, I was hesitant to try another one. I had a great older feather doona that I loved for years, but it was time for an upgrade to a larger size, and I couldn't remember where I bought it.

Deciding to try this new doona i was ubit unsure as i always had feathers but didnt want to go through the wet dog smell and returns again and i was on a budget, I was pleasantly surprised! The comfort and warmth are fantastic, especially since it has a warmth rating of 4, and it definitely keeps me cozy. Some will find it very hot i do find it to be quite warm, perfect for winter, but some may need a lower heat rating for summer.

Currently, as the nights have been warm  I’ve been using it just covering my feet as I fall asleep, and then I pull it over myself in the middle of the night. Given my experience so far, I’m not sure I’ll go back to a feather doona again! And I will be purchasing this brand again.
One small issue I encountered is that the doona seems a bit oversized i did purchase a king and a king quilt cover . I think a super king quilt cover would be a better fit for the king doona.
