Good quality, plush full of feathers. Heavier than I imagined but not too heavy. Cocoons the body not leaving any chilly gaps. It’s a lot warmer than advertised. Not sure that it regulates heat as described.. once warm or hot you don’t cool down. Looking forward to true winter I think it will be perfect for those nights that are cold the entire time. Not an all season duvet
