Terrible quality. Not thick enough. You can feel the springs in your back. It's also way too soft, and you basically roll out of bed if leaning too far to one side. Phones customer service but they were not willing to accept a return/offer a refund. Very dissatisfied.

This mattress is incredibly soft, and does not provide support as described. It’s light and lumpy. It’s been weeks of being on hold with customer service and they keep asking me to wait, with no resolution in sight.
