Easy adjustable warmth settings on comfortable blanket
Warm but challenging controls.

The mattress topper is warm and soft, heating up a toasty amount. My Mum has found the controls a little tricky to use - there is a single timer button which you press multiple times to get the number of hours you want, having to go up to 12 before going back down again. Then there is a plus and minus button above this for the heat, though no symbol next to it. If these had been in a differen postion or order, it may have helped.
