very firm almost harsh ,nothing medium about this mattress.left it for 2 days with out using it but i still did not make the 34 cm it was more like 32cm.. only just using it now so maybe it will soften up. Have the same in a queen AND IT IS GREAT ,NOT THE SAME IN A KING
