I ordered two of these mattresses and they arrived promptly and without any issues. They were boxed and easy to unwrap and set up. They were used for 2 nights by adult guests and there were no complaints. They had been unwrapped 1 week prior to use and been given a chance to air and expand as needed. Happy so far with this purchase.
