Myer return policy does not honour returns with proof of purchase. You will Be given the run around and no useful instructions on how to return online products. Myer concierge is useless and cuts you off on the phone. Do not buy these chairs there is a steel bar across the back section where you sit and the colour is not as advertised. Worst product ever purchased and will never buy from Myer online again after this experience .
