Disappointing. Broke on first day of use.

On the very first day of using this mat the entire air valve has fallen out and now it doesn’t get a proper seal. The stuffing/string inside pushed through the valve and clogged it up. Really disappointing as it put a dampener on my daughter’s birthday. My husband wants to try to seal the valve to the mat, I want to return the whole thing. What a hassle. It did work beautifully for a couple of hours until we deflated it a bit to move it and then went to reinflate it and the valve fell out (filled with the stringy inside).
