I brought this for overnight acid reflux as my previous pillow was way too high, probably 30cm. It's probably a bit small to be effective for the purpose and I find it hard to sleep properly with them, its a personal thing. For reflux I would get the 19cm one instead of this but it is good quality.

As bed wedge pillows go the Dreamz wedge is comfortable memory foam and covered in soft bamboo viscose, it is a typical example. But I wonder if the designers have ever attempted to sleep on it .. put simply, it is too narrow to allow for natural body movement and the silky cover means it has to be wrapped in another fabric to prevent it slipping around
