Our designers revamped this foam pad for Pilates workouts (alignment, placement, comfort).
Why use a pad: It enhances your comfort. For example, if you feel wrist strain, you can place your hands on the pad with your fingers on the floor. It can also create a slight amount of instability to intensify the effort of your postural muscles without making it too difficult. Finally, it helps you find the right placement. For example, sitting on the pad makes it easier to find proper alignment for your back.
