DO NOT BUY THIS. I ordered this kitchen on the 19th of October, with a 3-5 business day arrival. It has been 14 business days with no arrival. I call the freight company, and they do not have any record of pick up. I call Myer, and they tell me it is picked up. The only solution Myer has is to raise a ticket for investigation, which can take as many as 3 - 5 business days to commence. I asked for them to send me another one, and they can follow up the missing item with the freight company. "No that is against company procedure, we will have to make contact with the freight company prior to sending a new item". I asked to speak to a supervisor. "A manager will contact you in 24-48 hours time to discuss this matter". Horrible experience with Myer, when I informed them that I am not pleased with this scenario, they offered to give me a $25 dollar gift card.... they do not care for their customer base at all.
