Works well but hard on hands

It is ok but hard on the hands especially for kids. Needs gloves.
Electronic punching board helps to stay focus

Best gift for teens/adults to direct their attention from playing games with their phones by challenging them to hit the target on the electronic board. Body movements is also needed for this game so it is good for the physical wellbeing.
