It is my first camera that I bought for myself as a beginner. It is a good camera to have if you want to learn how to use the manual functions and adjust the setting you prefer to get the best shot. If you are lazy, there is a auto function as well. Not too expensive for a camera to explore your interest in photography as a first step of becoming a "professional".

Have been using my canon for over 3 years now and absolutely love it. Good ergonomics, not too heavy. Love the autofocus as well as the excellent lenses I’ve purchased to go with it! The subject sensor works very well and the bigger screen really helps when looking for the best scene. It’s great that the screen cuts out when I put my eye to the viewfinder. The ease of transferring pics to my phone or laptop is handy for on the go media posting.
