Design fault and poor issue management

I have purchased this coat on 3 different occasions, and on every occasion this coat has have a a big yellow square shaped stain that resembles sun bleach. The coat comes pre packaged in a bag that may influence this but coats are not quality checked prior to sending. On successfully returning and repurchasing this a number of times - because the jacket style is cute ! - I reached out to the support team and offered photos of the fault, only to be entirely dismissed and advised it was a design feature. Extremely frustrating for any customer but especially one who has worked in fashion retail, and can clearly tell the difference between design and manufacturing fault. Itโs a square/rectangle yellow bleach stain about A4 size on the very front of a pale wash denim jacket - I would be concerned if this was done purposely. Extremely disappointing and likely would not shop through here again due to the management of the issue.
