THE GOOD As a sixty year old female I assembled it on my own The visuals are easy to follow Bed feels strong once assembled and mattressed. THE BAD (loses a star for the time waste n frustration) The pieces may not be numbered as per diagram, so before you start make sure you have every piece. Legs no.4 were labelled 2. Head frame part 3 was labelled 10.
