Creaking Noise from Day One

The Leo Single Bed Frame unfortunately arrived faulty. From the first night it made loud creaking noises and I wasn’t able to sleep properly. I tightened all the screws and tried everything to fix it, but the noise continued. Myer’s customer service has been helpful and is now organising a refund and pickup. I hope the quality of future products improves
