The drawers are not secure and move freely. The design is improper and drawers are nightmare. I added photo to see how they move freely!!!! I communicated the issue with Myer but they didn’t do anything, hopeless service from Myer!

Awful drawers

i just bought the bed and it was delivered a couple of days ago. It took almost a dat for two of us to assemble the bed and at the end, we found four drawers moving freely everywhere as there is no frame for them. The drawers are sitting on the floor and not secured anywhere. They are neither functional nor cosmetic. I would like a full refund and compensation for my precious time and effort. Photos are attached.
