Beautiful, classy bed.

I was incredibly dissatisfied with the Myer online shopping experience. I purchased this bed online and realised with two hours that I had ordered a king instead of queen. I immediately rang customer service to cancel my order as it had not yet been dispatched or packed. I was told that could not happen and that only Myer customer service could contact the third party supplier and would take 2-5 business days to contact them and nothing more could be done.So I couldn’t cancel. I then asked if I could exchange or refund. And in very small print and not clear at all it says no refunds or exchanges on big/bulky goods. This is not common practice and thinking of purchasing through a large and reputable company like Myer this was a shock to me. This clause needs to be made much clearer to be transparent to consumers. Delivery was appalling, they told me twice the bed (that I didn’t need or want) was getting delivered on two separate occasions and by the end of the day never arrived as I waited at home for it. Then without approval or notice they dumped the bed at the front of my apartment building. Luckily wasn’t raining or wasn’t stolen. I will never buy from Myer again and will discourage others to buy online big orders from them because if you have any issues or concerns they will not be addressed and you will be left very disgruntled.
