I'm very happy with this carry-on luggage. It's incredibly lightweight, making it easy to lift into overhead compartments, and the compact size is perfect for short trips. Despite its small footprint, it has enough space for all my essentials. The wheels roll smoothly, and it's easy to move through airports. Great value for anyone looking for a practical and travel-friendly suitcase. Note, there are two Applite 5 carry-on models. A four-wheeler 55cm and the two-wheeler 50cm model. Both weigh 2.1Kg, have the same 37 liter internal volume [the 55cm has an extra 1 liter when expanded]. The smaller model is easier to pack into overhead compartments, your car, tight spaces, etc. All four-wheeler luggage are more maneuverable on smooth airport surfaces, but less so on rough surfaces. All four-wheelers are prone to more damage to their exposed wheels, compared to recessed two-wheelers. Be wary of reviews that complain that something “only has 2 wheels”, or it doesn’t’ have some feature. Don’t complain because you failed to do your research and bought the wrong model. I wanted a light, compact and durable suitcase that would fit into all overhead compartments, avoid over size luggage fees, and was happy to sacrifice having less maneuverability compared to four-wheelers.

Very happy with my American Tourister luggage. I bought 2 matching pieces. The quality is high and the price was affordable. In the past I’ve bought cheap luggage and found it doesn’t last. The reviews for this brand/model were good, and Im impressed with the wheels and fittings - they seem sturdy and well designed, and the light weight is an advantage. I’m looking forward to my next trip.
