Poor effort

Received these in the mail today. Is this really what we’re calling ‘new’? Clearly worn and marked shoes. Do a better job.

Didn’t end up getting the shoes
Tonina — 1 out of 5 stars
Was a size too big, tried to return for a new size and the only size 10 was in QLD. Was told they would contact me but never did. Tried to follow up but never got a response. Went elsewhere for different shoes.
Girls can wear it too!

I bought it for my neice for her 7th birthday this July and I know she will love it as I bought it with her mom via Facetime! :)
