How to shop in store

Start shopping and choose what you'd like to purchase in-store.

Show your CommBank credit card and ask to pay with points.

Swipe your card to pay using your CommBank Yello points. If you don't have enough CommBank Yello points to cover the full purchase amount, you can pay the remaining balance using any other payment method accepted by Myer.
Myer and CommBank Yello Pay with Points Offer Terms and Conditions
All purchases made at Myer using CommBank Yello points are subject to the CommBank Yello Program Terms and Conditions.
1) CommBank Yello points are not able to be used for:
a) Over the phone purchases
b) For Coles Group & Myer Gift Card purchases
c) Payment of Myer Store, Myer Visa card accounts or lay-by accounts
d) Some food and service outlet purchases
e) Cash
f) Payments towards a credit card
g) Redemption of CommBank Yello points using your tap and pay is unavailable in store.
h) Other exclusions may apply and may change from time to time.
2) Eligible CommBank Yello customers can redeem CommBank Yello points (calculated to an equivalent AUD value) for purchases at any Myer retail store in Australia when presenting an eligible CommBank credit card. CommBank Yello points can be redeemed online at Myer.com.au by entering their details account details at checkout. CommBank Yello points cannot be redeemed for cash or any other offer at Myer. CommBank Yello points cannot be used at Myer towards payment of a credit card, purchase of 'Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards', lay-by and purchases at some food and service outlets. Other exclusions may apply from time to time.
3) A maximum of 2 million CommBank Yello points redemption applies per day.
4) Eligible CommBank Yello customers may pay for purchases at Myer stores using a combination of CommBank Yello points and other payment methods accepted at Myer stores (such as credit card, EFTPOS or cash).
Payments made online can use a combination of CommBank Yello points, Gift Cards and credit/debit card.
5) Merchandise that is purchased solely or in part using CommBank Yello points may be returned to Myer upon presentation of satisfactory proof of purchase. Myer may offer an exchange or Myer Returns Card, unless otherwise required by law. Further information and conditions on the Myer Returns Policy are available here.
6) All CommBank Yello program enquiries and disputes are to be directed to the CommBank Yello customer service team on 1330 935 561.
7) Myer, in its sole discretion, may refuse the use of CommBank Yello points, due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, communication network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud (actual or suspected) or technical failure.
8) Redemption of CommBank Yello points using your credit card via tap and go is unavailable in store. Customers must use their eligible CommBank credit card to pay with points at Myer.
9) Myer and CommBank reserve the right to vary, update or remove this offer at any time.
