When is Shopmas?

Wednesday 11th November 2026, 6pm-9pm at participating Myer stores.

What stores are participating in Shopmas?

Adelaide City, Bondi, Cairns, Canberra City, Carindale, Castle Hill, Chadstone, Chatswood, Chermside, Doncaster, Fountain Gate, Garden City (WA), Geelong, Highpoint, Hobart City, Indooroopilly, Joondalup, Karrinyup, Liverpool, Maroochydore, Melbourne City, Miranda, Northland, Pacific Fair, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth City, Sydney City, Tea Tree Plaza and Townsville.

Will the Sydney City store be participating in Shopmas with the current construction for Beauty?

Yes, our Sydney City store will be participating in Shopmas 2026. Please note, there will be disruptions due to construction and reduced activations available. For an undisrupted experience, please attend your next closest store such as Chatswood, Bondi, Liverpool, Parramatta or Penrith.

Who is invited to Shopmas?

Platinum, Gold and Silver MYER one Members that are close to one of the participating stores. Additionally, selected 'Member tier' Members who reside close to a participating store and are close to reaching the Silver tier may be invited.

I’m a Platinum, Gold or Silver tiered Member, why didn’t I get invited?

Invitations were sent to Platinum, Gold and Silver Members (via email, App and SMS) that reside in a close radius to a participating store and our communications are digital, therefore you need to have a valid email and be opted into MYER one to receive the invitation. If you find yourself near a participating store on the night, you’re more than welcome to join the event!

Can I bring a friend to Shopmas?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend to the event. They can even sign up to be a MYER one Member to gain access to all the exclusive offers available on the evening.

Can I shop the offers online?

No, however selected member-only offers will be available in-store and online the following day -  Thursday 12 November 2026.

Can I redeem the offers the next day?

Selected offers will be available in-store and online the following day for 'Member Shopping Day' on  Thursday 12 November 2026.

Will there be food and beverages at the event?

Members will enjoy a variety of light refreshments and beverages.

Where is my Reward and how do I access it?

• Rewards will be sent out via email. Keep a look out for any communications from MYER one regarding “Shopmas”
• You will need to “Activate” your Reward by clicking the ‘Access Now’ button.
• Once the Reward has been activated, it can be accessed within the My Account section online or within the Home section of the App (listed under My Rewards).
• If you are not an App user, your Reward can be accessed via email, you will be taken to a landing page. You can then screenshot or save the Reward to your phone.

Shopmas is on tomorrow and I still don’t have my Reward

• All Rewards will be sent out in communications on Tuesday 10th November.
• If you still don’t have your Reward Tuesday night, check your junk email folder. Make sure you have clicked the “Access Now” button in any communication to activate the Reward.
• By 9am Wednesday, if you still do not have your Reward, you can contact us for assistance on 13 69 37.

Why didn’t I get a Reward?

You may not qualify for several reasons:

• You may not be a Platinum, Gold, or Silver tier MYER one Member.
• You may not have been targeted as you were outside the close radius, meaning not close to a participating store. Please look out in your inbox for your Reward being sent on Thursday 12th November 2026.
• You may not be a MYER one Member.
• You may be opted out of marketing communications.

Why did I get a different value reward compared to my friend?

The Reward is Tier based, rewarding Members based on their MYER one tier. The higher the tier the greater the Reward is in value.

Terms and Conditions of Reward

Reward is valid from Wednesday, 11 November 2026, 6:00pm (local time) and expires on Monday, 16 November 2026, 11:59pm AEDT. Present Reward and MYER one Card or App at participating MYER one Shopmas stores when paying at checkout. Reward can be used in-store one or multiple times until the balance reaches zero. Excludes purchases of Gift Cards, delivery fees and service outlets. Cannot be used at Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Portmans, MARCS and David Lawrence. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this Reward will not be refunded or credited. Cannot be redeemed for cash or any other tender. Lost or expired Rewards will not be replaced or refunded.
