What's in the box?
Choose from one of our 2 custom designs by Australian illustrator Beci Orpin. Each stocking holds 2kg of gifts and has a loop for hanging. The high quality material is designed to be durable, ensuring your stocking lasts many Christmases. The stocking requires 3 x AAA batteries which need to be bought separately.
What do I need to do?
Purchase a Global Positioning Stocking online or in-store at Myer. Download Myer Connect on your iOS or Android mobile device to connect your smartphone to your stocking. Travelling overseas? Make sure you download the app before you leave, as it’s exclusively available in Australia only. Go to the Myer Global Positioning Stocking experience and add a shortcut to your or your child’s device home screen. This way, your kids can easily access their portal without navigating on the web each time. Interact with the map, create a letter for Santa or put together your wishlist.
What is the Myer Connect app?
The Myer Connect app is a native iOS or Android app that allows your smartphone to connect to any of the Myer connected products through Bluetooth. Download and connect your mobile device to your new stocking to help Santa find your family wherever you chose to celebrate Christmas. Have a Naughty or Nice bauble? You can connect and control it with your mobile device with Myer Connect too.
What is the Myer Global Positioning Stocking Web Experience?
The online experience can be accessed by kids to engage with the interactive map of the world, send letters and wishlist to Santa. it also allows grown-ups to access tools to make Christmas as magical as possible.
Kids can:
- Explore the interactive map of the world, discover the North Pole and see their location
- Get creative and send personalised letters to Santa
- Create their wishlist choosing from thousands of toys
- Track Santa as he leaves the North Pole on Christmas Eve and makes his way to wherever you are
Grown-ups can:
- Manage connected stockings and accounts
- View all kids’ letters and help Santa out with his replies
- View the kids’ wishlist
- Make sure Santa gets the right gifts by sharing lists with family and friends
