DL Insider Loyalty Program and David Lawrence website are closing

The DL Insider loyalty program will close on Tuesday 30 June 2026.  You can continue to earn DL Insider rewards until this date, with all DL Insider Rewards valid until Wednesday 5 August 2026.

How do I join DL Insider?

DL Insider will close on 30 June 2026, so unfortunately, we are no longer signing up new members. David Lawrence clothing will be available exclusively at Myer stores and myer.com.au, where you can participate and earn points on your purchases through the MYER one Program.

Why is DL Insider and the David Lawrence websites closing?

David Lawrence clothing will be exclusive to Myer department stores and myer.com.au. Myer operates the MYER one loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases.

What will happen to my online DL Insider account?

All DL Insider member accounts will be closed after 11:59pn (AEST) 5 August 2026. This includes access to your online account.

If you wish to keep a copy of any of your stored information, including purchase history, please log in and save your records before this date.

Where can we find out more about MYER one?

MYER one is free to join and rewards members each time they shop. Earn points on eligible purchases, access exclusive offers, and enjoy member benefits like a Birthday Reward.

What if I'm already a MYER one member?

If you’re currently a MYER one member, you won’t need to do anything! Simply present your MYER one card at time of purchase like you do today, and watch your points grow.

I’m not a MYER one member. what do I need to do?

Join today – you can sign up in-store and online at Myer, or by downloading the MYER one App. Once you’ve successfully completed your registration, you’re ready to start earning points when you shop.

If I join MYER one, will my DL Insider tiers carry across?

Unfortunately no, as MYER one is a separate loyalty program.

Can I still use my DL Insider Rewards?

You can continue to earn DL Insider rewards on purchases up until 11:59 pm (AEST) Tuesday 30 June 2026. All rewards must be redeemed before Wednesday 5 August 2026. Any rewards that have not been redeemed by 11:59 pm (AEST) 5 August 2026 will be forfeited.

Can I still use my David Lawrence gift cards?

You can use your David Lawrence gift card until 11:59 pm (AEST) 5 August 2026.

From 6 August 2026, any unredeemed David Lawrence gift cards can be switched to a MYER gift card of the same value.

Please contact the MYER gift card team on 13 69 37 to convert your gift card.

Do I still earn Birthday Rewards

If you’ve given us your birthday information and have a birthday before 30 June 2026, you’ll receive your DL Insider Birthday Reward. Happy Birthday!

Birthday Rewards must be fully redeemed in a single transaction and can be redeemed in the same transaction as a DL Insider Reward. Birthday rewards will expire on 5 August 2026 or on the expiry date on your reward.

Can I redeem a DL Insider Reward together with a MYER one Reward?

Yes you most certainly can, provided that the Reward is redeemed before 5 August 2026.

What happens if I return a product using a DL Insider Reward or benefit?

If you return a qualifying product purchased from a David Lawrence or Myer store using a DL Insider reward or benefit in part or full after either program has closed, you will receive the amount paid after redemption of any rewards.

Can I still access my online account to shop?

You can continue to shop your favourite products online until 5 August 2026. After this date, the David Lawrence website and your account will be closed. All unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

Can I see my purchase history?

You can see your purchase history via your online account until 5 August 2026. If you wish to retain a copy of your transactions, please log in and save your records before this date.

What will happen to my DL Insider Rewards data?

We will store your data, which includes account information, purchase history, Rewards and benefits earned, for a period of time to assist with any queries you may have and to meet our requirements and obligations. Your data will be deleted in due course.

I made a purchase on the day of closure. How do I track my order?

When your order is ready for delivery, a tracking number and link will be emailed to you. You can track your order via this link.
