    We’ll keep you up to date on your Click & Collect or Delivery order by email and/or SMS, but you can also check the status of your order anytime on our Track my Order page.


    Please be aware that during busy periods Standard Delivery timeframes may be affected by minor delays (5-9 business days for Standard Delivery).

    Free Same-Day Click & Collect

    We offer a free Same-Day Click & Collect service


    Order before Midday for Same-Day Click & Collect or, if you make your order in the afternoon, it will be ready the next day.


    To take advantage of this service, simply select Click & Collect when you’re shopping online. We’ll collect your items for you and send you an email and an SMS to let you know when your order is ready to collect.

    Click & Collect Store Transfers

    If your item is out of stock at your local store, we'll transfer it for free from another store within the same state for you.

    If an item is required to be transferred between stores, this may cause a delay to your expected Click & Collect pick up time – but we’ll let you know.

    When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know it's time to head into your selected store. Remember to bring a copy of the email and some photo ID with you.

    Click & Collect orders will be kept for 21 days from the day your order is placed. After 21 days your order will be returned and a refund processed within 3-5 business days.

    Standard Delivery

    We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $99.

    For orders under $98,99, a Standard Delivery fee of $9.95 applies no matter where in Australia you live.


    Customers in Metro can expect their standard delivery to arrive in 3 - 7 business days.

    Customers in WA, NT and regional areas across the country can expect their delivery to arrive within 7-10 business days.


    During busy periods, these delivery timeframes may be delayed by a few days (5-9 business days for Standard Delivery).

    Express Delivery

    If  Express Delivery is available for your order, it will be offered as a delivery option on the checkout page for a set fee of $12.95.

    Express delivery will take 1 –3 days to arrive for customers in Metro areas and 2  - 4 days for customers in WA, NT and regional areas across the country.

    Big & Bulky Delivery

    We offer a 'Big & Bulky' delivery service for items too big or heavy to be delivered by standard post. We'll let you know on the product page if the item requires this special service which is a set $75 fee.

    Generally these items will be delivered within 7 – 14 business days. If it's an item which is being custom made for you (like a mattress), it will probably take longer and we'll let you know on the product page.

    24/7 Parcel Locker Collection

    You can choose to collect your delivery from an Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Locker at a time and location that suits you.

    What is a Parcel Locker?

    A Parcel Locker is a secure storage space where you have 48 hours to collect your parcel. Choose from more than 400 collection locations across Australia.

    How do I use Parcel Locker?


    1. Sign up to Create a MyPost account


    2. Shop Online and find a Parcel Locker by selecting ‘Find a collection location’ as your delivery option and then searching for the most convenient locker. Some Parcel Lockers don’t have 24/7 access, so make sure the locker you choose meets your needs.


    3. Collect Your Parcel Australia Post will send you an SMS and email when your parcel arrives. Collect your parcel within 48 hours using the access code in your SMS or email to open the locker.


    If your parcel isn’t collected within 48 hours, it will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post facility offering parcel collection during business hours. Australia Post will contact you with the details of any transfer.


    If no-one home when your delivery arrives, Australia Post will contact you via the AusPost app, email or SMS with collection instructions. If your parcel has not been successfully synced with your MyPost account, your delivery driver will leave a collection card.
