Entry is only open to persons who:

b) make a valid purchase during the Promotional Period.

The immediately families of directors, management and officers of the Promoter are also ineligible to enter
Promotional Period
The Promotion commences 09:00am AEST Wednesday 1 May 2019 and concludes 8:00pm AEST Wednesday 1 May 2019 Entry Procedure During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
a) be an Eligible Person;
b) spend $100.00 or more in a single transaction at Myer Melbourne; and
c) complete a Myer entry form.
Verification Requirements
Winners may be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age, proof of purchase (original Myer receipt)
Participating Products
Purchase of goods during the Promotion Period at Myer Melbourne store; however, lay-by and credit card payments, corporate purchases, gift card purchases, services and purchases at restaurants or cafes and purchases made online on the Myer website are not Participating Products.
Max Number of Entries per Entrant
Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is valid, and is associated with a separate qualifying transaction in relation to the purchase of a Participating Product which has not been the subject of a return.
Prize Detail
There is one (1) prize only. The Winner will receive a Myer gift card to the value of $1000.00.
Prize Conditions
The Promoter or its agent accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance or redemption of the Prize, or this Promotion. The Promoter and its agent accept no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
The Promoter reserves the right to require the Winner to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, agent, or suppliers of Prizes, in their absolute discretion including without limitation a form of waiver or release with respect to acceptance or usage of the Prize, or any liability arising out of or in relation to the Prize or this Promotion.
Total Prize Pool
Total maximum Prize pool value is valued at AUD$1,000.00.
Draw Details
The first valid entry drawn at random will be deemed the Winner after
verification by the Promoter.

Notification of Winners
The Winner will be notified on the night or by telephone on Wednesday 1 May
2019.
Prize Claim Date
The Prize must be claimed by 5:00pm AEST, Friday 31 May 2019.
Claim Instructions
The Winner will be awarded the prize on the night or contacted by telephone
and provided details on how to claim the Prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
Due to the date of the event, if the Prize remains unclaimed at the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter, with approval from participating gaming authorities, will conduct a second chance draw to award any unclaimed Prize/s as follows:
