Right across Australia our team members are excitedly welcoming our customers back in-store.  


We ask that all customers follow the most up-to-date government guidelines on mask and vaccination requirements when they visit stores and we prefer card payments over cash where possible.


We also encourage customers to use our delivery service if they’re not feeling well.

Current Government Guidelines for Visiting Myer Stores

VIC

Customers over the age of 12 wishing to access beauty or seated food services will need to show proof that they are fully vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption.


SA

Customers over the age of 12 are required to wear a mask in store and to check in using the COVID Safe Check-in QR code if they wish to access beauty services.



WA

Customers over the age of 8 are required to wear a mask in store.

Proof of vaccination and check in via the Safe WA App is required for customers wishing to access seated food services.


QLD

Customers over the age of 12 wishing to access seated food services will need to show proof that they are fully vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption.


NSW, TAS & ACT

There are currently no related restrictions or requirements for entry to Myer stores in these States and Territories.

Our team will continue to serve you online 24/7 at myer.com.au and through our contactless Click & Collect service.

Our free click and collect service remains a quick and easy way to receive your orders. We care about your health and safety, so please follow these instructions as you collect your order:

> Follow the latest guidelines mandated by the government in your state

> Please practice physical distancing and keep 1.5m from other customers and team members

> Place your Photo ID on the counter so our team members can complete a contactless verification

30 Day Returns

If you have changed your mind, we will offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you have received or purchased a gift before the 31st of December, you can exchange or refund until 31 January 2022.

Please note that change of mind returns will not be offered for goods either marked as clearance or reduced to clear, or is listed as excluded in the Returns Policy.

You are welcome to return an item at an open store and shop with peace of mind knowing you can return items by mail free of charge, outside of 'change of mind' returns.. If you’d like to return a 'change of mind' purchase by mail, you can use ParcelPoint for a national flat rate of $7.50 (unless it’s a Big and Bulky item) or Australia Post for a national flat rate of $12.20. Change of mind returns do not apply to big and bulky items.

Are Myer stores still open?

Selected stores are open. To find out more about your local store, please visit our store locator page.

We have put the following measures in place to ensure you have a safe shopping experience:

> QR code check in located at every entry point.

> Proof of vaccination for customers visiting us in store (NSW only)

> Making sure our team members in NSW have met the vaccination requirements.

> Increased frequency of cleaning stores.

> Hand sanitiser available for our customers.

> Practising physical distancing of 1.5 metres between customers and team members, with clear signage across the stores.

> Cash payments are now available, yet contactless payments are preferred.

Do I need to wear a face covering when I visit a Myer store?

We kindly ask that you follow the most up-to-date government guidelines on wearing a mask indoors before visiting us.

Do I need to check-in when I visit a Myer store?

On entry to your local store, we encourage you to check-in using our QR codes which you’ll find conveniently located at each entry point. We do this to ensure we have accurate contact information for anyone who has visited our stores, in the case you need to be contacted regarding COVID-19.

How can I ensure that my Myer delivery will be clean and safe?

There is nothing more important to our company than the health and safety of our customers, staff and the greater community.

We have put in place a controlled and safe environment for our team members to fulfil online orders ensuring social distancing and hygiene measures continue to be strictly followed.

We will also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible.

Please note, we are continuing to monitor and act on the guidance issued by the Australian Government, state governments and their respective health departments here in Australia, along with advice from the World Health Organisation.

Where can I get my updates from in relation to Myer’s approach on COVID-19?

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health and government authorities. We have a dedicated COVID-19 hub on our myer.com.au home page that will be updated with new information and respective changes as they occur. We will also communicate via and our social channels: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and to our Myer one customers through dedicated emails.

What happens if a person who has been in a Myer store prior to the store closures tests positive with COVID-19?

We have had an increased focus on the cleaning and sanitisation of our stores, particularly for high-contact areas and counters. In the event of a team member working in store being a confirmed COVID-19 case, we will undertake our prepared COVID-19 Response Plan and close the store immediately, isolate all associated team members, notify our customers and follow with a full sanitisation of store.


Please note, we are continuing to monitor and act on the guidance issued by the Australian Government, state governments and their respective health departments here in Australia, along with advice from the World Health Organisation.

Are all the events planned in store cancelled?

Yes, all in store events have been cancelled due to our physical distancing policy. We look forward to rescheduling as soon as we can and will communicate via and our social channels; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and to our Myer One customers through dedicated emails.

Are you still offering home delivery?

Yes, you can shop online and receive your order delivered to your home contact free or to a local Post Office. To help protect the health of our customers and delivery partners, signatures are not currently required for home deliveries.

Are you offering free home delivery?

Yes, we are offering free standard delivery on orders over $49.

Will my order arrive on time?

We aim to deliver all orders on time and there are currently no issues with our delivery providers. It takes 4 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations and 7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

Is Click and Collect still available?

Our Click & Collect service is available at all stores. Please ensure you are complying with the government mandated health measures before picking up your item.

If I have a question or enquiry in regards to my purchase, what should I do?

If you have any questions, please contact us via our social channels or call the Myer Customer Service Centre on 13MYER (13 69 37). You are also welcome to visit us in-store and we will be happy to assist you.

Is same day and next day delivery still available?

Online deliveries are currently experiencing small delays. As such, Same Day and Express Delivery services will be temporarily unavailable. We thank you for your understanding.

Are Myer Gift Cards redeemable online?

Yes, Myer Gift Cards and Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards are redeemable online at https://www.myer.com.au/ and at the Myer Market - https://market.myer.com.au/.

Can I return an item in-store?

You are welcome to return an item in-store. Please note that we do not accept returns for Big & Bulky items.
