Track My Order
We’ll keep you up to date on your Click & Collect or Delivery order by email and/or SMS, but you can also check the status of your order anytime on our Track my Order page.
Free Same-Day Click & Collect
We offer a free Same-Day Click & Collect service.
Order before midday (12PM AEST) for Same-Day Click & Collect. If you order after 12PM AEST, it will be ready the next day.
To use this service, simply select Click & Collect when shopping online.
When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know it's time to head into your selected store. Remember to bring a copy of the email with you.
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 21 days from the day your order is placed. After 21 days your order will be returned and a refund processed within 3-5 business days.
Click & Collect Nominated Pickups
If you are unable to pick up your order in person, you may nominate another individual to do so on your behalf. This can include delivery drivers from courier services, such as Uber.
When you are nominating an individual you know to collect your order, you will need to do so before checkout. Simply provide their name and email address where prompted, and we will send them a copy of the collection email. They will need to present this email with the corresponding click and collect barcode to our staff to successfully pick up your order.
When you are nominating a courier service to collect your order, they will also need to show a copy of the click and collect barcode to our staff before proceeding. For a service such as Uber, please follow these steps:
- Open the Uber App
- Select “Services”
- Select “Store pick-ups”
- Enter pick up location
- Select deliver location
- Attach screen shot of the collection email (including the barcode)
- Enter C&C desk pick up location within the store (copy from email)
If the driver arrives without the relevant email and barcode, they will need to contact you via the Uber app and request the order or barcode number. Once they present the correct information to our staff, the click and collect pickup can proceed.
Click & Collect Store Transfers
If your item is out of stock at your preferred store, you may be able to place a Click & Collect order and have the item transferred from another store within the same state, provided it’s placed through one of our designated locations. These specific stores are the only ones with the ability to facilitate transfers:
- VIC – Melbourne
- WA – Perth
- SA – Adelaide
- NSW – Sydney
- QLD – Pacific Fair
Please note that transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability at other locations. Orders placed through stores not on the list above will not be eligible for transfer to another store.
If an item is required to be transferred between stores, this may cause a delay to your expected Click & Collect pick up time – but we’ll let you know.

Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $99.
For orders under $98.99, a Standard Delivery fee of $9.95 applies no matter where in Australia you live.
Delivery times:
- Metro Areas: Expect delivery within 3-7 business days
- WA, NT & Regional Areas: Expect delivery within 7-10 business days
*Excludes items classified as Big & Bulky.
Express Delivery
If Express Delivery is available for your order, it will be offered as a delivery option on the checkout page for a set fee of $12.95.
Delivery times:
- Metro Areas: Expect delivery within 1-3 business days
- WA, NT & Regional Areas: Expect delivery within 2-4 business days
Big & Bulky Delivery
We offer a 'Big & Bulky' delivery service for items too big or heavy to be delivered by standard post. We'll let you know on the product page if the item requires this special service which is a set $75 fee.
Generally these items will be delivered within 7 – 14 business days. If it's an item which is being custom made for you (like a mattress), it will probably take longer and we'll let you know on the product page.
24/7 Parcel Locker Collection
You can choose to collect your delivery from an Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Locker at a time and location that suits you.
What is a Parcel Locker?
A Parcel Locker is a secure storage space where you have 48 hours to collect your parcel. Choose from more than 400 collection locations across Australia.
How do I use Parcel Locker?
1. Sign up to Create a MyPost account
2. Shop Online and find a Parcel Locker by selecting ‘Find a collection location’ as your delivery option and then searching for the most convenient locker. Some Parcel Lockers don’t have 24/7 access, so make sure the locker you choose meets your needs.
3. Collect Your Parcel Australia Post will send you an SMS and email when your parcel arrives. Collect your parcel within 48 hours using the access code in your SMS or email to open the locker.
If your parcel isn’t collected within 48 hours, it will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post facility offering parcel collection during business hours. Australia Post will contact you with the details of any transfer.
If no-one home when your delivery arrives, Australia Post will contact you via the AusPost app, email or SMS with collection instructions. If your parcel has not been successfully synced with your MyPost account, your delivery driver will leave a collection card.
