paying your account

As a Myer Visa Card customer, you'll receive a monthly statement if you have activity on your account. Each statement provides an outline of the transactions made over the last month and the minimum monthly payment required. The minimum monthly payment on Myer Visa Card is 2.22% of the total outstanding balance, or $10, whichever is greater (plus, any instalment payments due in the statement period). Your statement will also ask you to pay any overdue or over limit amounts.

With Myer Visa Card, it's easy to make payments when you need. Choose the method that suits you best: direct debit, BPAY, by mail or in person.

direct debit

The direct debit facility helps to ensure you never miss a payment by setting up automatic monthly payments to your Myer Visa Card account from your savings or cheque account. Download a direct debit form. Payment cannot be made by credit card or charge card.

BPAY

You can pay your Myer Visa Card account electronically using your bank's telephone or internet banking service. The BPAY service is available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, as payments are only processed during your bank's designated hours, you'll need to make sure you complete your transaction before your bank's cut off time on the due date.

Simply quote the Myer Visa Card Biller Code (31989), your Account Number (located on your statement) and the amount you wish to pay.

Accepted online and at over 30 million locations worldwide, you can use your Myer Visa Card wherever you see the Visa logo.

You can also use your Myer Visa Card to withdraw cash from most ATMs, and over the counter at any bank or financial institution displaying the Visa logo. Interest on cash advances is charged from the date of withdrawal.
