1. How do I find a Registry?
It’s easy to find a Gift Registry online. All you need is the name or number of the Registry.
2. I can’t find a person’s registry online, what do I do?
First, check the spelling of the name and/or the registration number. If you still can’t find the Registry, you can call our customer service centre on 13 14 43 during business hours or contact us via email at giftregistry@myer.com.au.
3. How up to date is the online registry?
Gift lists are continually changing, and while every effort is made to keep the on-line list as up-to-date as possible, the most up-to-date gift list will be available in-store. Please contact 13 14 43, or a store if you have any queries regarding the latest gift list.
4. How do I purchase a gift?
Gifts can be purchased by printing off the online Gift Registry list and taking it into your closest Myer store. Alternatively, you can call 13 14 43 or (+61) 13 14 43 for international calls and purchase gifts over the phone.
5. Can I purchase online?
The Gift Registry is not currently linked to our online store. Gifts can be purchased at your closest Myer store or by calling 13 14 43 or (+61) 13 14 43 for international callers.
6. How up to date are the gift prices?
Prices quoted on our gift lists are our regular retail price. One of the many benefits that you may receive is that you will pay the current price for an item on the day of purchase, which may include catalogue or promotional prices and offers. So remember to look out for great specials and promotions in store as that is the price that you will pay for your chosen gift.
7. Can I have an item gift-wrapped?
Yes, if delivery is requested your gifts will be gift-wrapped, as this is included in the delivery fee of $12.95 per parcel.
8. How does delivery work?
The delivery of your chosen gift will depend on the delivery option that was chosen by the registrants:
Options 1: No delivery
The guest is responsible for the delivery of the gift.
Option 2: Staggered delivery
Each gift will be delivered separately via Australia Post following a purchase made by the guest.
Option 3: One-drop delivery
All gifts are delivered on one day of the event to the nominated address.
Conditions
- All delivery charges will be paid by the guest.
- When delivery is requested, the charge will be $12.95AUD* which includes wrapping. Otherwise Gift-wrap is available for $5.95 AUD* (for in-store purchases only
- Heavy and/or large items such as mirrors, prints, major electric goods (including barbeques, microwaves, vacuums), furniture and odd shaped items will be delivered via a courier or two-man delivery service and will attract additional fees, depending on the service provider's fee structure. These items will be delivered unwrapped and without a gift card as they are sent direct from the warehouse or supplier to the registrant's address. Guest's details will be on the delivery report provided to the registrant at the completion of their occasion.
- Alternatively, for purchases made within Australia, you may wish to order and personally collect your gift selection from a nominated Myer store of your choice.
- Please allow approximately 10 days for your order to be processed.

Creating a registry
1. Why choose Myer as your Gift Registry provider?
We offer an easy and enjoyable experience that is convenient for both you and your guests. Our regular promotions and offers mean more benefits for you and with our one drop delivery option we take care of just about everything!
2. Can I setup a gift registry online?
Currently, a Gift Registry can only be created at your closest Myer store.
3. How do I register?
Visit your closest Myer store with a Myer Gift Registry, ideally about 3 months before your special occasion.
Step 1: Scan to select
To select your desired gifts for your Gift Registry you will be given a hand-held scanner to borrow or, if you request, a gift list form to fill in. Scan anything and everything you like. If you're not sure if something is suitable, ask us for help.
Step 2: Got everything?
As soon as you're finished scanning your gift list, it becomes available in our national system. You will leave the store with a copy, all ready to go. You can make changes or add items at any store at anytime leading up to the event using our hand-held scanners, or just give us a call. And of course we will organise your gift delivery as well.
Step 3: Spread the word
We will give you insert cards to include with your invitations if you wish, explaining that you have a Gift Registry at Myer. You can also share your Registry
with your friends and family by emailing it to them.
Step 4: That's it!
We will do the rest. We'll manage the list and keep records of what gifts have been purchased and by whom for your thank you cards, which will be given to you at the time of delivery. It's time for you to relax and look forward to your big day.
4. Where can I register?
The Myer Gift Registry is available in every Myer store across the nation. However, Myer Werribee, Myer Forest Hill and Myer Elizabeth offer Guest services only.

5. Are there any fees to setup a registry?
The Myer Gift Registry is a free service that we provide to all of our customers.
6. For what sort of occasions can I setup a registry for?
Whatever your occasion, Myer Gift Registry service is here to help you. Some popular registry events include engagements, weddings, kitchen teas, baby showers, christenings, bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays and Christmas.
7. I have a registry, how do I tell people about it?
We will give you insert cards to include with your invitations if you wish, explaining that you have a gift suggestion list at Myer. You can also share your Registry with your friends and family by emailing it to them.
8. What products can I include on my Gift Registry?
There are no restrictions on what you can register. You have access to every department. Just keep in mind that your gift list should reflect your needs and desires, making the choice much easier for your guests.
9. What if there are gifts left on my Registry on completion of my occasion?
While you are not required to purchase any remaining gifts, one of the great benefits of a Myer Gift Registry is our Completion Program. Just in case there are items left on your list, you can purchase these gifts after your event at great discounted rates. Simply purchase the remaining items on your Gift Registry list within three months after your occasion and we'll give you a 10%* discount off Electrical items, 20% off Furniture and 30% off Homewares. Purchases must be made in one day and after your occasion has occurred. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Full terms and conditions are available on the vouchers issued in store. *Subject to change
10. Is there a minimum or maximum amount that I have to register?
There is no limit to the number of items you can register with Myer. This means your list can be as simple or as extensive as you wish.
11. Do I have to select all the gifts for my Registry at once?
You do not have to complete your list at the time of registering. You may wish to select a few items and then come back later to complete the list. You can also add and remove items at any point in the lead-up to your event, which is made so easy with our hand-held scanners.
12. Are there any delivery fees with a registry purchase?
Yes. Delivery fees are dependant upon the type of delivery requested by the registrants and the item being delivered.
Option 1: No delivery
The guest has organised collection and delivery of the gifts themselves so there will be no delivery charges incurred.
Option 2: Staggered delivery
Each gift will be delivered separately via Australia Post following a purchase made by the guest. $12.95 per parcel.
Option 3: One-Drop Delivery
All gifts are delivered on one day to the nominated address. It costs $12.95 per parcel and includes free gift-wrapping. Delivery of large items such as electrical and furniture is subject to size and weight, and the delivery fee will be advised at the time of purchase. Guests who choose to use the delivery service pay delivery fees.
