Myer has revealed the future of fashion with the completion of our Melbourne City redevelopment, delivering close to 35,000 square metres of state-of-the-art shopping across nine levels.
Our Myer Melbourne flagship retains the building’s iconic details, including the expansive Bourke Street windows and the stunning Mural Hall, while adding the best of contemporary design and accessibility. The result is one of the world’s most beautiful department stores.
Our Inspiration
Looking to London, Paris and New York for inspiration, we brought a fusion of our favourite designs and layouts home. The new store features contemporary floor finishes, chrome, bronze and silver fittings, all within a beautifully open, light-filled space.
It’s a classic and sophisticated Melbourne environment that brings back shopping’s glitz and glamour, as well as the fun and the pleasure of a big family day out.

The Scent Room, now open in the Cosmetics Hall, is where you’ll find a selection of luxurious designer perfumes available exclusively to Myer. Personal shopping is also available throughout the store, including a new Youth personal shopping area and upgraded personalised shopping service on the fashion floors. Multiple cafes, including the iconic Brunetti’s, are dotted throughout the new Myer store, providing the perfect recharge station for the busy shopper.
