How do I obtain a gift list?
To assist us in locating the couple's registry we require the registration number. Otherwise, you will need the first and last names of the couple, and the occasion date.
Please either visit a Myer Store, email giftregistry@myer.com.au, view gift lists online or call 13 14 43 from within Australia, or (+61) 13 14 43 from outside Australia.
Gift List Pricing
Prices quoted on our gift lists are our regular retail price. One of the many benefits that you may receive is that you will pay the current price for an item on the day of purchase, which may include catalogue or promotional prices and offers. So remember to look out for great specials and promotions in store as that is the price that you will pay for your chosen gift.
How do I purchase a gift?
Purchasing a gift with Myer Gift Registry is a simple and enjoyable experience.
Once you have obtained a list from one of the above methods there are a number of different ways you can purchase a gift:
- In store
- Over the phone
- Via fax
- Via email
All gifts on the registry list are listed at their full price however if the item is on sale on the day of purchase you will pay the sale price.
Gift Wrapping
Once your item has been purchased you can opt to have it individually gift-wrapped for $5.95 and include a personal message with your gift. If delivery is requested your gifts will be gift-wrapped and this is included in the delivery fee of $12.95 per parcel.
Delivery Methods
The delivery of your chosen gift will depend on the delivery method that was chosen by the couple.
Method 1: No delivery
The guest is responsible for delivering the gift.
Method 2: Staggered delivery
This method of delivery is via Australia Post. Each gift will be delivered separately following a purchase made by the guest.
Method 3: One-Drop Delivery
This method of delivery is where all gifts are delivered on one day to the nominated address.
Conditions
- All delivery charges will be borne by the guest.
- When delivery is requested, the charge will be $12.95AUD* which includes wrapping. Otherwise Gift-wrap is available for $5.95 AUD*.
- Heavy and/or large items such as mirrors, prints, major electric goods (including barbeques, microwaves, vacuums), furniture and odd shaped items will be delivered via a courier or two-man delivery service and will attract additional fees, depending on the service provider's fee structure. These items will be delivered unwrapped and without a gift card as they are sent direct from the warehouse or supplier to the registrant's address. Guest's details will be on the delivery report provided to the registrant at the completion of their occasion.
- Alternatively, for purchases made within Australia, you may wish to order and personally collect your gift selection from a nominated Myer store of your choice.
